In this video, I show a 220 KV feeder shutdown trick that nobody knows - and it works like a charm!
This is a great way to troubleshoot and fix problems with your power systems - or just show somebody a cool trick that nobody knows! Watch and learn how to shut down a 220 KV feeder in just a few quick steps!
But accidents can happen due to our carelessness. So when we shut down the feeder, concentration should be given very well. Feeder shutdown is uniform for any given level of field voltage. We should do a SHUTDOWN job with a permit-to-work card (PWC). 400KV / 220KV / 132KV / 66KV / 33KV / 11KV - In all these types of feeders, a similar method should be adopted. Before all these, we need to take permission from SLDC.
