Always there is a special place is for a kara Kolambu. We can do a lot of varieties in kara kulambu. Everybody likes Vendakai Karakolambu. If Vendakai is perfectly cooked, the final consistency and taste will be awesome. Let's See a perfect tasty beautiful Karakolamb today I have taken Vendakai Karakolambu on my menu. We are using two types of oil which is Mantra Groundnut Oil, Idhayam gingelly oil. This video will teach you how to make a perfect restaurant-style Vendakai Kara Kolambu.

Here are the ingredients for Vendaikkai kara Kulambu
Groundnut oil - 3 tbs
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 6 cloves
Shallots - 12 nos
Curry leaves - 1 string
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder -2 tsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Coconut - 25 gms
Ladyfinger - 200 gms
Coriander leaves - few
Salt to taste
Tamarind pulp – 1 small ball
