The Thales Watchkeeper is a Remotely Piloted Air System
(RPAS) which is air-portable and provides all weather,
intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and
reconnaissance (ISTAR). It is optimised to see through
weather conditions such as dust storms using its radar,
ground moving target indicator and Electro Optical and
thermal imagery cameras.
Watchkeeper has an extensive range and an endurance
of nearly 20 hours which is a real advantage on today’s
battlefield.
