In this presentation I will try to explain how I teach the initial interior fire attack at a residential structure fire.
My framework is based upon an interior crew of two firefighters with outside support and tries to be as generic as possible to allow for local variations.
This is not a procedure that should be follow in every situation, it is just intended as a baseline to start from. And it is what I try to teach to new firefighters.
