Environmental degradation and forest loss are increasing world wide, with the most immediate impact being felt in tropical forest-edge villages.
Collaborative Land Use Planning and Sustainable Institutional Arrangements (CoLUPSIA) is a research and development project aiming to help local communities avoid environmental degradation and strengthen land tenure and community rights by integrating all stakeholders' views during land use planning processes.
