This is my go to goat cheese recipe. I made this cheese live on our Facebook page. All you need is cheese cloth, quart of goats milk, 1/3 cup of lemon juice and salt to taste. You can add sweet or savory things to it, I suggest tarragon and olive oil. You can roll it in nuts and cranberries. I will upload part 2 asap. Easy peazy lemon Squeezy!
