I add the chopped tomatoes to the garlic and stir, and then put it in the pan for ten minutes until the tomatoes are cooked, and after ten minutes, remove it and put it on a low heat until the excess water is reduced and black pepper. added Then empty the middle of the pan and put a little butter in it and cook the eggs in the middle and then the food is ready.
⭕️In Gilan State in Iran, this dish is sometimes served with smoked fish or simple fried fish.
