Out of any retro handhelds for under $100 (or near to it), the Retroid Pocket 2S is the absolute best option. Being able to emulate N64, Dreamcast, a lot of Gamecube and 3DS, some PS2 and Wii, this handheld is so good for the money! In my opinion, it blows the competition in the budget retro handheld scene out of the water.
