More than 1,000 women in a San Diego hospital were filmed during gynecological operations without their knowledge or consent. Attorney Areva Martin joins to discuss what she describes as “every patient’s worst nightmare.” The hospital claims that they had set up motion-sensor cameras on the anesthesiology carts with the hopes of cracking down on missing drugs – but the result was women under anesthesia getting filmed while undergoing sensitive procedures.
