Libya's Government of National Accord (GNA) Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj, and retired field marshal, General Khalifa Haftar, will meet during the Berlin summit to talk about the Libyan crisis. On his way to Berlin, Khalifa Haftar made a stop in Greece. The leader of the eastern-based forces, who's been trying to take control of Tripoli, met with several officials in Athens, including Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias.
