Creighton men's basketball is preseason No. 9 in the polls with high hopes for the season. Last year the Bluejays lost in the Round of 32 to the eventual NCAA champion Kansas Jayhawks in an improbable year. The Jays were picked to finish in the bottom half of the BIG EAST last year and ended up as runner up's in the conference tournament.
Ana Bellinghausen asked Trey Alexander how dangerous the team could be and his response was ultimately there's a chance for a national championship. The Jays were also picked to finish first in the BIG EAST tournament.
