Vulnerability often puts people in positions where they fear retaliation when giving feedback, we'll discuss three different ways including anonymity, technology, and relationships to help build a culture with enough psychological safety for individuals to provide the candid feedback you need to thrive. Attendees will learn how in many circumstances power disparities between the people asking for feedback and the ones giving feedback result in skewed responses as well as an understanding of tools to rebalance the feedback process.
