This is the easiest tart ever! Tart Flambee is a speciality of the region of Alsace, France. Super simple and super delicious! In the original recipe there is no added cheese, but I like the taste of melted Emmental on top. 😊 The original is made with unleavened dough, but I like to add some baking powder in, for the better texture. I hope you will enjoy my version of this classics! 😊

Ingredients for 1 tart:

For the dough:
180 g all-purpose flour
100 ml water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sunflower oil
Salt

For the topping:
120 g cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 onions
50 g butter
160 g bacon
60 g Emmental cheese
1 pinch nutmeg
salt
