Stair climbing requires a certain degree of strength, mobility and balance ☝🏽
Starting with strength, building thigh and hamstring (muscles behind your thigh in the back of your leg) can be incredibly helpful with going up and down stairs 😍

The important thing is to make sure these feel good to you and don’t increase pain significantly. Modify accordingly ⚠️
