A Bosnian Serb police chief killed by NATO peacekeepers severa days ago while resisting arrest on charges of war crimes is due to be buried later on Sunday (13/7). Before transferring the body of Simo Drljaca to Banja Luka, where the funeral ceremony will be held, his coffin was
displayed with a police guard of honour in his home town of Prijedor, while his family and well-wishers file past. Drljaca was shot on Thursday after he opened fire on British special forces trying to detain him and another Bosnian Serb, Milan Kovacevic, who was arrested by the soldiers.
