This makes about 8 popsicles:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (120 ml)
2 cups water (480 ml)
3 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup/honey (use maple syrup if you’re on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet)

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm, about 6 hours
