Kenyan President William Ruto says Africa must position itself as a solution to climate change.
He addressed the Pan-African Parliament in Midrand, North of Johannesburg. The Kenyan President has also challenged African leaders to use the continent's abundant green energy to position itself as a green industrial hub. Ruto, who chairs the African Union's heads of state committee on climate change, says Africa has what it takes to lead in climate talks. Khayelihle Khumalo has more.
