Pulling a trail groomer behind a commercial snowmobile, maintenance manager for Palmer Hills Golf Course Brian Hickey grooms the cross-country ski trails Monday, January 08, 2018. The city of Bettendorf invested just shy of $17,000 last year in a snowmobile, groomer and rental gear, including skis, boots and poles. Palmer Hills has three miles of trails through the golf course and offers ski rentals for $5 per hour or $12 per day.
