If you use Gmail then you have probably noticed how the oldest messages are shown on top and the newest are on the bottom. If you would like to reverse the message order in the thread so the newest emails are on the top then you can easily do so with a free extension called Gmail Conversation Thread Reversal by cloudHQ. You can also turn off Conversation View in Gmail so each reply\thread is shown as a separate email in your Inbox.
