Now this turkey breast recipe is super tasty and this one came out tender, juicy, packed full of flavour and with that nice crispy skin too!
What more could you ask for from a turkey breast?

For reference, here's the stuffing mix recipe:

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 brown onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 green pear (finely diced)
- 75g walnuts (crushed)
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of cranberry sauce (or use fresh cranberries)

Method:

- Melt butter in pan
- Add onion and pear, cook for 5 minutes
- Add walnuts and slowly add breadcrumbs whilst stirring until the mix starts binding together
- Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes
- Butterfly turkey breast, add your cranberry sauce and stuffing mix
