TDK offers its MHQ0402PSA series inductors for high frequency circuits. These inductors are designed with extremely compact dimensions of 0.4 mm x 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm with a high-Q factor of 21 at 1 GHz, which is allowed by their unique ceramic material and configuration. The multilayer method allows for a lineup with fine increments of inductance. After the circuit board is mounted, the inductors’ storage and operating temperatures are -55°C to 125°C.
