Dronagiri is located in Navi Mumbai and falls under the jurisdiction of the Raigarh district, with Uran to its east and Karanja creek to its south. The nearby localities are Uran, JNPT, and Belpada. As the locality is still developing, there are no prominent educational institutions within a 5km radius. However, you will find S Patil International School, Smt. BhagubaiChangu Thakur Vidyalaya, St. Mary’s High School & Jr. College, Konkan Gyanpeeth Uran College of Commerce and Arts within 10 km.
