This video serves as a visual guide to clear through Sinnoh with minimal extra steps. This can be useful for the purposes of Alpha catching and events. I attempted to skip as many trainers as possible however doing so causes your pokemon to become under leveled which made some battles difficult. The only items that I collected were those that were necessary to complete the story and all HMs available in Sinnoh though not all are required. This video is in 2x speed.
