The first COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered to President Cyril Ramaphosa and Health Minister, Dr. Zweli Mkhize along with a group of healthcare workers at the Khayelitsha District Hospital, in Cape Town. Many have described the kick-off of this process as historic.
