ingredients:
1 cup durian, seeded
200g graham crackers
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
390g condensed milk, chilled overnight
10g gelatin, clear and unflavored(optional)
1/8 cup hot water(optional)
1/2 cupcheese, grated(optional)
Procedure:
1) Combine gelatin powder and hot water. Set aside
2) Whip cream on high speed until doubled
3) Add condensed milk and gelatin. mix well
4) Arrange graham crackers into the container
5) Add cream mixture on top and add durian
6) Add second layer of crackers, cream and durian
7) Cover with crushed graham crackers
8) Add cheese for toppings
9) Chill or freeze overnight
