I'm so excited to have this one closed and so is my buyer! This home had a lot of surprises along the way and the process was very stressful for all! My buyers actually found me here on my channel, and suggested that this story would make a great video, so here it is! All the pitfalls to buying lakefront..So many things to mention and I didn't even get to all of them, but my buyers are thrilled to own a spot on Table Rock Lake with the boat dock right behind the house! We got through all the hurdles, all the phone calls and sleepless nights. Thanks to all who made this a successful closing!
