Perfect for a quick and easy high protein lunch recipe that actually taste good the next day cold 💗
Each one is 416 calories and nearly 44g protein perfect if you’re on a weight loss journey 💗

Ingredients (serves 2):
200g chicken strips
1.5 tsp cajun spice
Salt
Pepper
Tsp garlic puree
Red pepper diced
40g bbq sauce
20g smashed avocado - I buy mine ready done from @holymolydips (otherwise can smash your own I just add some lime juice salt and pepper)
40g Eatlean protein cheese
2 tortilla wraps
💗 Season the chicken with cajun spice, salt and pepper, garlic puree and rub in throughly. Air fry for 12 minutes on 180 degrees. Add in the pepper and return for a further 2 minutes.
💗Shred the chicken with two forks before combining 40g bbq sauce.
💗 Microwave the wraps for 10 seconds, divide the smashed avocado between both wraps, top with the cheese, chicken, fold and pan fry for a few minutes each side until golden.
