It's football season and what better thing to make than a delicious CHEESE DIP?! Snacks are a must when watching your favorite team play and this one is one of my favorites. It's so incredibly easy to make and is one of the first things to go on that table. Well this and my keto mozzarella cheese sticks. Dipping those into this keto cheese sauce is HEAVEN!
If you prefer your dip to be a bit runnier, add in more cream until it's your desired texture. Also, make sure you eat it fresh off of the stove because if it gets cold, it will harden up. If this does happen though, don't be afraid to heat it back up in the microwave for a few seconds. Not too long though! You don't want it to burn.
Ingredients:
1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
3 1/2 Tbsps Butter Salted or Unsalted (50g or 1.76oz)
1 1/4 Cups Cream (300ml or 10 fl oz)
Cream Cheese - Cubbed (226g or 8oz)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded (113g or 4oz) * shred hard mozzarella yourself to save some carbs.
Salt To Taste (I used approx. 1/2 Tsp)
