Libya's rival governments took a major step toward full-on civil war this week. Their forces clashed in the country's oil crescent and, for now at least, the UN-backed government in Tripoli is losing.Those forces are led by General Khalifa Haftar, who refuses to recognize the Tripoli government. He previously enjoyed support from Egypt and the UAE, and Western special forces. The US and its European allies have demanded he hand back the ports. Yasser Hakim takes a look at the developments in Libya and whether Egypt will change its stance concerning Haftar.
