Elgeyo Marakwet Governor, Alex Tolgos and area Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, are headed for a clash over the allocation of funds to the county and the slow rate of development, six years after they took over the leadership of the devolved unit.
Governor Tolgos was the one who threw the first punch on Friday after he accused the senator of absence from county matters.
