Atty. Pingki Bartolome-Bernabe is part of the UP LAW Class of 1993. She is a private practitioner and a law professor in Bulacan. She was the past president of the IBP Bulacan which was awarded as the Most Outstanding Chapter during her term. She is the organizer and president of the International Pro Bono Alliance which has brought her on missions to Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong/Macau, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, France, the UK, Italy.
