What others think of me is none of my business. This iconic book title from Terry Whittaker deeply resonated with me when I first discovered her teachings in the 80s. I was lost, trying to find myself, when I serendipitously came across Terry on TV. Her refreshing, non-religious spirituality spoke to me.

At the time, Terry's church grew from a handful of people to thousands attending her services. She became renowned as the most powerful woman leader then. Years later, when my brother struggled, I gave him Terry's book. He transformed and became incredibly successful.

I realized our words and teachings get passed on when we decide to share our gifts with others. Though I was deeply affected by criticism as a child, Terry's message taught me to stop worrying about others' opinions. We all want to be seen for who we authentically are.

Today, as I uncover my life purpose through decades of personal growth, I know my role is to empower others to fearlessly shine as their true selves. When we no longer care what people think, we can powerfully impact millions, like Terry did.

I'm inspired to take my philosophical teachings global so more people can release self-doubt and embrace their magnificence. When we express our unique talents without apology, we collectively create a new world.
