Lockhart’s Paradox Pomade Product Comparisons:
Cool Grease Pomades: Cool Grease pomades in Japan are notorious for never hardening or drying like gel. Lockhart's accomplished something similar with Paradox but with a lower price tag internationally and more accessibility to customers outside of their home country. Unlike Cool Grease, Lockhart's Paradox also has less of a gel-like feeling and instead more of a slightly waxier feeling.
Admiral Deluxe Pomade: Admiral Deluxe and Paradox are similar in the way that they have slick styling and do not dry or harden like many other gel-type products. However, I find Admiral Deluxe to have way more hold than Paradox and that it stiffens just slightly more after settling, but both can be restyled without needing to wet your hair.
Big Slick Water-Based Pomade: Both products have a similar, almost oil-based like consistency and slick styling capabilities. However, Big Slick has just a notch more hold, but hardens more similarly to a standard gel-type. Big Slick WB is like the "set it and forget it" counterpart to Paradox.
