In this episode of Ghost Kitchen, we visit Olmsted, a restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, opened by Chef Greg Baxtrom. With the spread of COVID-19 in New York City, Baxtrom has been forced to lay off over 60 employees and close his restaurant. In response, he’s partnered with the LEE initiative, a restaurant workers relief program, to find new ways to feed his community in crisis.
