Ingredients
-eggs 🥚
-Veggies of your choice 🧅 🫑 🍅 🍄🟫 🍃
-boneless chicken (2-3 small pieces)
-salt
-red chilli 🌶️ powder
-Italian seasoning
-chat masala
-butter 🧈
-cheese spread 🧀
-mozzarella cheese

Preparation-
Cut all the veggies of your choice in slices & chop 2-3 small pieces of boneless chicken 🍗. Break the eggs 🥚 and add salt, red chilli 🌶️ powder & Italian seasoning to it. Mix ghee & butter in a pan, add all the sliced veggies & chopped chicken to it. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning 🧂 to it and cook for 7-8 minutes. Take it out and keep aside. Then pour the beaten eggs 🍳 in the same pan, flip it and apply some cheese spread on it (it’s optional). Add the cooked veggies and chicken in the centre. Top it up with lots of mozzarella cheese 🧀 and fold the egg into a pocket. Sprinkle some chat masala on it and you’re done! 👍
