Every year, the Shropshire branch of the VMCC hold a run along the Long Mynd and invite the Morgan Three Wheeler Club members to attend. It is a very scenic 75 mile run which started from The Inn-on-the-Green Wentnor. The riders went over the Long Mountain calling at the Bog Visitor Center for coffee tea and home made cakes. From the Bog they went over the Stiperstones to the Long Mynd through the countryside taking in Aston on Clun to Clun then returning to The Inn-on-the-Green for a carvery. Some of the roads are very challenging, especially in a three-wheeler! Narrow county lanes, extremely steep at times, with grass growing down the middle of the track! Thanks to Derek Trow of the VMCC and his family for organizing this wonderful event. Thanks to Dave Anscombe of the MTWC for making this available to it's members. Thanks also to the Volunteers who run the Bog Visitor Center for their hospitality. Thanks also go to Adrian and his staff at The Inn-on-the-Green for the signing on room and the free tea and coffee.
