A quick tutorial on how to arrange visa application process at Minsk National Airport (MSQ) upon arrival. The key principles: arrangements have to be made by your local inviting party 2 WORKING DAYS AHEAD of your trip, not on the last minute. If you're flying from Russia, you can not apply for a visa (or use visa-free mode).

(to get it saved after filling, choose PRINT, then in the Printer menu choose SAVE AS PDF).
Online insurance is cheap and cool with bgs.by or omc.beg.by
So for the application you will present the passport and PRINTED:
visa form (both sides of one piece of paper), signed;
two color pictures, 35 by 45 mm;
insurance policy;
(invitation letter is already there if I invited you).
