York Police Commissioner Michael Muldrow, now further addressing concerns the York community has after an investigation revealed that one of the department's officer's allegedly abused a 13-month-old child.

Cugini is currently out on a $200,000 bail and is expected to be in court for his preliminary hearing on May 1.
