TUMPENG (Javanese, Balinese) is an Indonesia cone- shaped yellow rice dish with side dishes of vegetables and meat originating from Javanese Cuisine of Indonesia. Traditionally feature in the slamatan ceremony, the rice is made by using a cone shaped woven bamboo container, but in this I am make a bit modern shaped, and rice make from coconut milk with spices and Tumeric for coloring.
