However one thing that was different about the gen 8 Pokemon games was that they included DLC, and The Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra also have their own unique version exclusive Pokemon, Legendary Pokemon, and Trainers. So if you haven't bought the games yet and are planning to pick up the Pokemon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass copies, then you might wanna take a look at all of the version differences before you go ahead and buy them.
