Next stop on the road to the finish line, the halfway point, Fast & Furious! Released in 2009, Fast & Furious is the second film directed by Justin Lin and acts as a soft reboot of sorts, with this being the first film in the franchise to re-team up Paul Walker's Brian O'Connor with Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto. Written by Chris Morgan. It is a direct sequel to The Fast and the Furious (2001), the fourth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise and co-stars Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and John Ortiz. Fast & Furious follows Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent Brian O'Conner (Walker) and Dom Toretto (Diesel) who are forced to work together to avenge the murder of Toretto's lover Letty Ortiz (Rodriguez) and apprehend drug lord Arturo Braga (Ortiz).The #talkintv boys watch and reach for the first time in the next chapter in the Fast saga, right here on the #talkintvpodcast
