SLIMPACK - automatic machine for forming shelf-ready carton display boxes. System includes self-closing bottom module, product loading zone and hot melt applicator for closing the box.
The boxes are manually placed into the magazine (charger). The module with vacuum suction-cups pools the boxes out, forming the shape and the bottom during this process.
The formed boxes are entering the conveyer which carries them to the product loading section.
The product arrives by the conveyer, from the primary loading system (provided by the client).
During the next step the side flaps are being folded, ready for final closure of the box. This final closure will consider applying hot melt adhesive and closing the lid (top cover). This completes packaging process. In this section optionally information about the date/lot/barcode can be applied using the industrial printer.
