Though Dairy products such as Milk, Curd, Paneer are good sources of Calcium but there are many non dairy products which are rich in calcium even better than dairy products. In this video, I have shared the knowledge about sources of Calcium. Following are some examples:-
Dairy products
Cow Milk or Buffalo milk, which contains more calcium ?
Which Nut has more calcium; is it Almond or Walnuts !
Which Seeds are good sources of Calcium ?
Poppy Seeds or Sesame Seeds ?
Calcium sources of Cereals and Pulses ?
