Tuvar Dal (cooked) 4 Tbsp
Haldi powder a pinch
Pink salt to taste
Ghee 2 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
hing large pinch
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Pudina Morkuzhambu( No coconut )
Soak
Tura dal 1 tbsp
channa dal 3/4 tbsp
Daniya/coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Heat 2 tsp oil add
Methi 1 tsp
Dry red chillis 4-5
Hing a small piece
green chillies 1-2
Grind along with soaked ingredients to a fine paste
Salt to taste
Pudina /mint leaves a handful
2 cups of beaten curd
Haldi powder
Sundakai Vathal/turkeyberry can be fried and aded (Optional)
Tempering
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Tomato Rasam
Cooked Tuvar dal 3-4 tbsp
Tomato 1

tamarind extract asmall lemon size
Hing a small piece
Salt to taste
Rasam powder3 tsp
Rasam Powder
Tuvar dal 1 cup
Dania/coriander seeds 3 cups
Black pepper 11/4 cups
Jeera/Cumin seeds 1 cup
Dry red chilli 3-4
(dry roast all ingredients and grind to powder )
Jaggery a small piece

coriander leaves
ghee 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp
