In this session, participants will explain their next steps for planning their training for teachers and leaders, including tiered engagement strategies to connect with students and families.
Participants will also create and practice delivering an investment and communication plan for their stakeholders including leaders, staff, students, and families, assess and communicate out their progress on access, implementation, and quality goals to develop next steps for implementation, and collaborate with role-alike leaders to plan for building system-wide capacity.
