Ingredients :
2 tablespoon margarine /butter melted
1/2 tin condensed milk
pinch nutmeg/ cardamom
2 1/2 cups of self-raising flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water
and 1 tablespoon of ghee
Method
In a bowl add the margarine, condensed milk ,nutmeg and cardamom mix together then add your wet ingredients to the self-raising flour and make a soft dough rub ghee and make your galab jamun .Fry till golden brown add the Gulab jamun to the sugar syrup and enjoy.
