Pad See Ew is an extremely popular Thai stir fried noodles straight from the streets of Thailand that you can cook at home. Pad See Ew, which means “stir fried soy sauce noodles”. This stir-fried noodle dish is commonly eaten in Thailand for lunch.
Pad See Ew is also one of my favorite childhood dish that I always cook with my mom. So, I want to share the super easy cooking method and our simple recipe but amazing DELICIOUS!!!. With ingredients preparation, you can finish cooking within 5 minutes.
Ingredients for Pad See Ew
½ lbs -- Flat rice noodles
6 oz -- Chinese Broccoli (Ka Na) or you can substitute with mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp -- Vegetable oil for frying
1 egg
2-3 cloves – Chopped garlic
2 Tbsp – Sugar
1 Tbsp – Black Soy sauce/Sweet soy sauce for coating rice noodles
1 Tbsp – Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp – Soy Sauce
Ingredients for marinated meat (Pork, Beef or Chicken)
6 oz – Thin slide pork (or any kind of meat or vegetables)
1 Tbsp – Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp – Soy Sauce
1 Tsp – Sugar
1 Tsp – Corn Starch
1 Tsp – Black or White pepper
1 egg
Condiment
White/Black Pepper for garnish
Red Pepper
Chilies with white vinegar
