Joel at Earth Tools talks about & then demonstrates the Aldo Biagioli brand Root/Potato digger plow on a walk-behind tractor. Also shown are the barbell wheel-weight hangers (with weights) to increase traction. This is in very heavy, high-clay soil with occasional tree roots in the bed, so it is "worst-case" conditions.

** NOTE: Joel is having to work a bit harder due to the fact that this tractor is outfitted with "knob-tread" tires rather than the standard Agricultural-lug tires. The knob-tread is fine for mowing applications (which is mostly what this tractor does), but does not get as good a traction in soil.
