Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup barbecue sauce ( any bbq sauce of your choosing)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp frank's red hot sauce, or any hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp dijon mustard (yellow mustard)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1 tbsp honey
cook this sauce in a low setting, then add the fully cooked ribs! Coat the ribs with the sauce, leave it to caramelized or to get some brown edges. Done! Enjoy..
