Children are facing more extreme weather in an increasingly unequal world.

Sea level rises and climate change have dramatically impacted communities in the Solomon Islands.

In this climate poem made from individual poems by Solomon Islands children, they express how climate change is affecting their daily lives and hampering their futures by destroying their homes, schools and places of play.

These communities are currently being supported by the 'Growing Foods, Livelihoods and Resilience’ project, which is delivered in partnership with Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and supported by the Latter-day Saints through Save the Children New Zealand.
